The Dalles is located along Interstate 84 east of Portland Oregon in the scenic Columbia river Gorge. Located in Hood River County, many governmental offices are also located in town. The Oregon Department of Human Services, Social Security and Senior services all have offices located close to the Columbia Basin Care Facility.

Social Security Office

The Social Security administration has a page on it's website that allows you to enter the zip code of the area where you are trying to locate one of their offices. They provide the address, phone number, office hours and a map to closest office.

The Oregon Department of Human Services website will refer  you to a local DHS office or Area Agency on Aging and Seniors & People with Disabilities. The search page is by county, clicking on Wasco County the link will take you to the offices in The Dalles area.
